| DAY 01 | Delhi >> Haridwar >> Ananda (55km / 01 hr). An A/C vehicle with our representative shall report at your hotel & transfer / assist you to board the train for Haridwar, ETD: 06:55 hrs. On arrival in Haridwar (ETA: 11:22hrs), you shall be received by our representative & transferred to Ananda Spa. Rest of the day at Leisure. You may be interested to discover the optimum wellbeing through a full menu of 20 treatments including specialization for Ayurveda, Oriental & European systems of holistic therapy at Ananda Spa. The Ananda Spa, the ultimate experience in wellbeing, resides in the lap of Himalayas overlooking the Ganges river, is an erstwhile palace of the maharaja of Garhwal & profuse with Raj-era decor. | DAY 02 | Ananda. B’fasts, partaken of. With the focus on Ayurveda & Yoga, the Ananda Spa, creates a synthesis of time tested therapies with modern Spa technology. The therapies are designed to meet individual health needs of de-stress, detoxifications & cleansing, deep relaxation, anti-ageing, weight loss, while offering guidance in areas of exercise & nutrition. The day is set by the Spa practitioner for ANANDA AYURVEDIC REJUVINATION, including the diet schedule. Or You may simply relax at The ANANDA RESORT or tour Rishikesh. You shall visit the Laxman & Ram Jhula & temples of Rishikesh. You may also visit ashrams well known internationally, for Philosophical Studies, Yoga & Meditation. You may now complete the day with visit to the Triveni Ghat for the Ganges Aarti. Overnight at the Ananda Spa. |

| DAY 06 | Ananda >> Delhi (By train). After B’fast, transfer to the Haridwar railway station to catch the morning 07:40 hrs train to Delhi, ETA:14:00hrs). Transfer to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel The Imperial. |
| DAY 07 | Depart Delhi, for next destination. |
